When the form is completed and submitted, your individualized referral link will be shown on this page.

Once you receive the link, copy and paste to social media with the title of “Covenant HealthShare”, or email/text the link to family and friends using the template provided.

Once your referred family or friend joins our community and contributes their first month’s member gift, you’ll receive a VISA gift card to the address on file during sign-up. When your family and friends join Covenant HealthShare and their first Monthly Member Gift (MMG) is received, you will receive a VISA gift card to the address on file.

Covenant doesn’t place a maximum on how many $50 VISA gift cards you may receive. Thank you for your support and for helping us expand the membership!

Covenant HealthShare, Inc. (“Covenant”) is a non-profit health care sharing ministry (“HCSM”). As a HCSM, Covenant facilitates the sharing of medical expenses amongst its members, but Covenant is not an insurance company, and neither its guidelines nor program of operation is an insurance policy. Covenant members voluntarily share each other’s medical expenses in accordance with membership guidelines administered by Covenant and its affiliates. Sharing is available among members for all qualified medical expenses; however, Covenant does not guarantee or promise that your medical bills will be paid or assigned to other members for payment. Whether any other member chooses to contribute, in whole or in part, to the payment of your medical bills is completely voluntary on the part of that member. As such, membership in Covenant should never be considered as a substitute for an insurance policy. Whether you or your provider(s) receive any payments for medical expenses, and whether or not Covenant continues to operate, you are always liable for any unpaid medical bills. This HCSM is not regulated by state departments of insurance. Select states explicitly exempt HCSMs that, among other requirements, post a state specific notice advising consumers in such state that a HCSM is not an insurance company, does not offer or provide insurance policies, and is not insurance. As a HCSM, Covenant’s operations are exempt from insurance regulations. Although Covenant does not rely on such explicit exemptions under state law in order to operate as a HCSM, Covenant has chosen to publish these state specific notices.
