WAYNE MARTIN

PRESIDENT AND CEO

Wayne Martin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Covenant HealthShare. He accepted his call to ministry at a young age and was ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ, Inc. in 2013.

Currently, Wayne serves as a World Missions leader within the Barbados First West Indies Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ, Inc., under Bishop Arthur Mosley. He is also an Associate Elder and leader of the Men’s Ministry at Spirit and Truth Church.

Wayne also serves as a liaison to local, state, and national governments on interfaith matters. During past White House administrations, he served on the Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) Special Initiatives Task Force, which was charged with bringing presidential initiatives to the Church of God in Christ, Inc.

Academically, Wayne earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Morehouse College and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Arkansas State University.

Aside from serving God and his people, Wayne’s greatest accomplishments are his wife and three children.

ARTHUR F. MOSLEY

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Dr. Arthur F. Mosley is one of the foremost theological leaders, educators and missionaries in the world. He has served as Pastor of Cathedral of Faith Church of God in Christ of Atlanta, Georgia since 2002. Under Dr. Mosley’s leadership, the Church has reached great heights as a pillar in the faith community.

Dr. Mosley’s academic background has greatly shaped his ability to deliver a message of hope, inspiration and unity. He has earned several degrees including a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, a Master of Divinity from C.H. Mason Theological Seminary, where he also served as President-Dean, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Knox Seminary. Dr. Mosley is also a professor of humanities and world religion at Georgia Piedmont Technical College.

As an international missionary, Dr. Mosley travels the world conducting conferences, workshops and leading relief efforts in Ghana, West Africa; London, England; Malaysia; The Solomon Islands and Thailand.

In addition to his pastoral duties and professorship, Dr. Mosley also serves as an Administrative Assistant for the North Central Georgia Jurisdiction of Church of God in Christ and Superintendent of the Light of the World District of Georgia. On November 11, 2019, at the 112th Holy Convocation, the General Board of the Church of God in Christ, Inc. unanimously approved Dr. Mosley’s elevation to the Office of Bishop-Designate of the Barbados First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.

A dedicated, faithful and loving family man, Dr. Mosley has been married to the beautiful Sheila M. Mosley for over 30 years. He is also the proud father of two daughters, Amber (Richardson) and Amanda, and a doting grandfather, affectionately known as “Pa-Pa”, to precious granddaughter, Maci Elaine.

Covenant HealthShare, Inc. (“Covenant”) is a non-profit health care sharing ministry (“HCSM”). As a HCSM, Covenant facilitates the sharing of medical expenses amongst its members, but Covenant is not an insurance company, and neither its guidelines nor program of operation is an insurance policy. Covenant members voluntarily share each other’s medical expenses in accordance with membership guidelines administered by Covenant and its affiliates. Sharing is available among members for all qualified medical expenses; however, Covenant does not guarantee or promise that your medical bills will be paid or assigned to other members for payment. Whether any other member chooses to contribute, in whole or in part, to the payment of your medical bills is completely voluntary on the part of that member. As such, membership in Covenant should never be considered as a substitute for an insurance policy. Whether you or your provider(s) receive any payments for medical expenses, and whether or not Covenant continues to operate, you are always liable for any unpaid medical bills. This HCSM is not regulated by state departments of insurance. Select states explicitly exempt HCSMs that, among other requirements, post a state specific notice advising consumers in such state that a HCSM is not an insurance company, does not offer or provide insurance policies, and is not insurance. As a HCSM, Covenant’s operations are exempt from insurance regulations. Although Covenant does not rely on such explicit exemptions under state law in order to operate as a HCSM, Covenant has chosen to publish these state specific notices.
