Refund Policy

POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of Covenant HealthShare, Inc. (Covenant) to provide refunds in certain limited circumstances.

PROCEDURE

  1. Contact Covenant Member Care
    • For assistance with questions and other information related to refunds, please contact a Covenant Member Care Specialist at 855.539.1552, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm EST, or by email to MemberCare@CovenantShare.org.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    1. You are entitled to a full refund of your latest Monthly Membership Gift (MMG) in the following circumstances:
      1. If you withdraw your registration prior to the effective date of your membership;
      2. If you cancel your membership within ten (10) days after the effective date of your membership; or
      3. If, at any time during the course of your membership, you cancel your membership within ten (10) days after your scheduled billing date.
    2. You are not entitled to a refund of your latest MMG in the following circumstances:
      1. If all individuals included on your registration do not attest to the Covenant Statement of Faith;
      2. If you fail to respond to written or verbal inquiries from Covenant during the course of registration for membership with Covenant for more than sixty (60) days; or
      3. If, at any time during the course of your membership, you cancel your membership more than ten (10) days after your scheduled billing date. (Membership will remain active through the end of the current month).
  3. Additional Refund Terms
    1. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY COVENANT.
    2. No refunds will be given under any circumstances for the one-time ministry fee paid at the time of registration.
    3. Refunds will be processed as credit to the same card or account used for your recurring MMG.
    4. Refund requests involving payment of refund amounts by check may be delayed up to thirty (30) business days.
